Hi I'm Philip Patston, the Founder of IGODAP, a project of Diversityworks.
In 2001 I established Diversityworks to provide specialist services in managing diversity and change. I have a varied professional background, a natural flare for creativity, an award-winning sense of humour and a unique experience of diversity. This inspires my approach to helping people change – individuals, organisations and society – from design and strategy to implementation and evaluation.
In 2005 I was a founding trustee of Diversityworks Trust, a non-profit entity, which promotes community development and economic participation, with an emphasis on artistic and creative processes.
I am gay, disabled, live in Auckland, New Zealand and, until 2008, was vegetarian. My work – an eclectic mix of entrepreneurial leadership, consulting and performing – sees me travel regularly around New Zealand and has also led me to Australia, the US, Canada, the UK and even Belgium.

Thank you for accepting me in IGODAP.
Philip,
Keep up the great work you're doing here and everything else you have your hands in! IGODAP is a wonderful resource and international online meeting place for artists and creative people. Thank you for putting this together - it has certainly helped me.
Hi Hunny,
good to be back in touch.
Have lost your email, can you send to me?
I have just started a discussion thread about my new internet radio show, Fashion Moves on BlogTalkRadio. I would love to interview you at some point and get your thoughts on our work and how well the Fashion/Garment industry is responding to the needs of People with disabilities.
Look forward to chatting.
